Analisis kualitas fleet safety management menggunakan pendekatan Lean Six Sigma melalui pendekatan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) dan perhitungan Defect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO). Analisis lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor penyebab kecelakaan transportasi mobil tangki baik secara internal maupun eksternal menggunakan tools berupa diagram pareto, Systematic Cause Analysis Technique (SCAT), dan fishbone diagram kemudian rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mengurangi kecelakaan mobil tangki. In-depth analysis of the factors causing tank car transportation accidents both internally and externally using tools in the form of Pareto diagrams, Systematic Cause Analysis Techniques (SCAT), and fishbone diagrams then recommendations for improvements to reduce tank car accidents.
