PENGUKURAN RANTAI PASOK KRIMMER FIBER PEMASOK A PADA PT XYZ MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN KUANTITATIF GREENSCOR

PT XYZ belum memiliki sistem pengukuran pengukuran sistem rantai pasok produk krimmer fiber supplier A pada PT XYZ, khususnya dalam perspektif lingkungan meskipun sedang dalam upaya transisi menjadi industri yang lebih hijau. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan dari pemasok A seperti keterlambatan dan cacat produk. Dari penilaian implementasi sustainability yang telah dilakukan PT XYZ, pemasok A termasuk ke dalam risk list supplier. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perancangan pengukuran kinerja supplier, khususnya dengan kacamata lingkungan menggunakan metode GSCOR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun indikator dari pendekatan GreenSCOR yang tepat, menilai kinerja rantai pasok pemasok A – PT XYZ, serta memberikan strategi pada PT XYZ dalam pencapaian green procurement. Terdapat 17 indikator yang digunakan dalam menilai kinerja rantai pasok pemasok, didapatkan nilai sebesar 76.246. Terdapat satu indikator yang termasuk dalam kuadran A diagram IPA atau memiliki bobot kepentingan tinggi namun performansi rendah serta 10 indikator pada kuadran C, indikator dengan kepentingan serta performansi rendah. Strategi perbaikan difokuskan pada sebelas indikator ini. Rekomendasi strategi yang diberikan diantaranya yaitu inovasi produk, penambahan kualifikasi pemasok seperti ISO 50001:2011, dukungan birokrasi, pengolahan limbah lemak, reduksi sumber daya alam, audit energi, peningkatan kualitas, serta penetapain in-stock %.

Abstract

PT XYZ does not yet have a measurement of the supply chain system for the product of supplier A creamer fiber at PT XYZ, especially from an environmental perspective, although it is currently in transition to become a greener industry. There are several problems from supplier A such as delays and product defects. From the sustainability implementation assessment that has been carried out by PT XYZ, supplier A is included in the supplier risk list. Therefore, it is necessary to design a supplier performance measurement, especially from an environmental perspective using the GSCOR method. This study aims to develop indikators of the right GreenSCOR approach, assess the performance of supplier A, and provide a strategy for PT XYZ in achieving green procurement. There are 17 indikators used in assessing the performance of Supplier A, a score of 76,246 is obtained. There is one indikator that is included in quadrant A of the IPA diagram or has a high importance weight but low performance and 10 indikators in quadrant C, indikators with low importance and performance. The improvement strategy is focused on these eleven indikators. The strategic recommendations given include product innovation, additional supplier qualifications such as ISO 50001:2011, bureaucratic support, fat waste treatment, natural resource reduction, energy audit, quality improvement, and in-stock % determination.
