USULAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEREKRUTAN KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI SECARA ONLINE PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 BERBASIS CMS WORDPRESS (STUDI KASUS : PT. URIP SUGIHARTO PEKALONGAN)

PT. Urip Sugiharto Pekalongan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pembuatan rokok. Perusahaan ini memiliki karyawan yang berjumlah sekitar 1000 orang dan akan terus bertambah seiring dengan proses rekrutmen yang sedang gencar dilakukan. Pelaksanaan perekrutan yang dilakukan perusahaan masih bersifat manual, sehingga masih boros kertas dan sistem administrasinya belum terintegrasi dengan komputer. Semenjak kemunculan pandemi Covid-19 banyak perusahaan yang melaksanakan kegiatannya menggunakan media online, termasuk dalam bidang perekrutan. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan mengingat perusahaan tetap membutuhkan karyawan produksi yang sangat banyak, namun sistem perekrutan tidak bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang sama dengan sebelum adanya pandemi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bermaksud memberikan usulan perancangan sistem baru dalam merekrut karyawan produksi perusahaan pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya usulan sistem informasi rekrutmen karyawan yang baru yang diintegrasikan melalui website yang dibuat dengan CMS WordPress, bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan dibantu dengan web server XAMPP serta web browser Google Chrome, sehingga para pelamar kerja dapat melihat informasi dan dapat mendaftar melalui website secara langsung, sehingga penggunaan kertas dan kontak fisik secara langsung dapat dikurangi, pelaksanaan rangkaian tes yang dilakukan pihak perusahaan dan pelamar selalu menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat dengan 3M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun/memakai handsanitizer, dan menjaga jarak minimal 1,5 meter).

[Title : A DESIGN PROPOSAL OF AN ONLINE PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC BASED ON CMS WORDPRESS (CASE STUDY : PT. URIP SUGIHARTO PEKALONGAN)]. PT. Urip Sugiharto Pekalongan is a company of cigarette manufacturing industry. The company has approximately 1000 employees and will continue to grow along with the ongoing recruitment process. The company's recruitment process is still manual-based, so it still wastes paper and the administrative system has not been integrated with computers. Since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have carried out their activities using online media, including in the field of recruitment. This is a challenge for the company considering that the company still needs a lot of production employees, but the recruitment system cannot be carried out in the same way as before the pandemic. Therefore, the researcher intends to propose a new system design in recruiting company production employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall model. The result of this research is the formation of a proposed new employee recruitment information system that is integrated through a website created with CMS WordPress, PHP programming language, MySQL database, and assisted by the XAMPP web server and Google Chrome web browser so that job applicants can view information and can register directly through the website, also the use of paper and direct physical contact can be reduced, the implementation of a series of tests carried out by the company and applicants always applies strict health protocols with 3M (wearing masks, washing hands with soap/using hand sanitizer, and maintaining social distance at least 1,5 meters).
