Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimasi proses produksi produk putty kemasan tube dengan benchmarking berupa Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang dihasilkan selama proses filling putty kemasan tube berlangsung dapat melampaui target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, apabila hal tersebut terjadi maka proses filling putty kemasan tube sudah dikategorikan optimal. Proses filling putty kemasan tube tersebut dapat optimal dengan adanya standardisasi waktu downtime yang timbul selama proses filling putty kemasan tube berlangsung. Kata Kunci : Optimasi; Produktivitas; OEE; Downtime Abstract Pt. XYZ is a company engaged in the car paint manufacturing industry, various types of car paint and all components needed to carry out the painting process are produced by this company. The purpose of this study is to optimize the production process of tube packaging putty products by benchmarking in the form of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) produced during the tube packaging putty filling process, which can exceed the target set by the company, if this happens, the tube packaging putty filling process has been categorized as optimal. The tube packaging putty filling process can be optimal with the standardization of downtime that arises during the tube packaging putty filling process.
