Setelah dilakukan identifikasi proses bisnis aktual pada proses bisnis transaksi pembelian barang, ditemukan keberjalaan kegiatannya masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari pembelian barang oleh customer yang harus datang ke toko hingga manajemen produk yang memerlukan waktu proses lama dan belum dapat diakses secara online. Pada analisis proses bisnis aktual (As-Is) menggunakan Value Added Analysis (VAA) diperoleh keseluruhan aktivitas berjumlah 41 kegiatan terdiri dari 3 kegiatan VA, 33 kegiatan NNVA dan 5 kegiatan NVA. Hal tersebut menandakan keseluruhan proses bisnis aktual masih belum efektif dan memerlukan optimalisasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan perbaikan proses bisnis dan salah satu metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah menggunakan Business Process Improvement (BPI) agar tercipta proses bisnis yang efektif dan optimal bagi AH Mart. Perbaikan proses bisnis tersebut menggunakan penerapan sistem informasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Odoo Modul E-Commerce. Serta untuk perancangan perbaikan proses bisnis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan 12 tools streamlining agar didapatkan analisis perbaikan proses bisnis yang baik dan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada. Output dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan proses bisnis usulan perbaikan (To-Be) yang sesuai dengan rancangan implementasi ERP Odoo pada proses transaksi pembelian barang di AH Mart Bogor. This research focuses on the activities of the purchase of goods by the customer (Wali Santri). After identifying the actual business processes in the business process of purchasing goods transactions, it was found that the activities were still carried out manually starting from purchasing goods by customers who had to come to the store to product management which took a long time to process and could not be accessed online. In the actual business process analysis (As-Is) using Value Added Analysis (VAA), the total activities totaled 41 activities consisting of 3 RVA activities, 33 BVA activities and 5 NVA activities. This indicates that the entire actual business process is still not effective and requires optimization. Based on these problems, it is necessary to improve business processes and one method to solve these problems is to use Business Process Improvement (BPI) in order to create effective and optimal business processes for AH Mart. The business process improvement uses the application of the Odoo E-Commerce Module Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system. As well as for the design of business process improvements in this study using a streamlining 12 tools approach in order to obtain a good business process improvement analysis and in accordance with the existing problems.
