IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI KECELAKAAN DAN PENYAKIT AKIBAT KERJA DENGAN METODE JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) DAN KUESIONER (Studi Kasus: PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia)

Abstract

Abstrak Perusahaan farmasi merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang ekonomi yang memiliki peran vital dalam perekonomian nasional, hal tersebut sangat membuat sektor industri Farmasi memiliki persaingan yang sangat ketat dalam dunia usaha. Namun di sisi lain farmasi dinilai sangat menguntungkan bagi investor. Bagi investor yang mencari keuntungan perlu memperhatikan laporan keuangan yang menjadi informasi bagi investor, hal-hal untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yaitu profitabilitas. PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri farmasi, dengan produk yang dihasilkan antara lain Telavir 600 mg, Telado, Lopivia 100/25 dan Lopivia 200/50, serta Nocovir 75. Perusahaan ini memiliki faktor-faktor dan potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya kecelakaan atau penyakit akibat kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja yang dapat terjadi di area kerja PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan Kuesioner. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan langsung dan tidak langsung pada PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia. On the other hand, pharmaceuticals are considered very profitable for investors. For investors who are looking for profit, they need to pay attention to the financial statements that become information for investors, the things to get a profit, namely profitability. PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, with products that include Telavir 600 mg, Telado, Lopivia 100/25 and Lopivia 200/50, as well as Nocovir 75. This company has factors and potential hazards that can lead to accidents or occupational diseases. This study was conducted to identify the potential for accidents and occupational diseases that can occur in the work area of PT Sampharindo Retroviral Indonesia by using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Questionnaire methods.
