ANALISIS PENYEBAB CACAT PADA PRODUK ROKOK DJARUM COKLAT DI SKT BLOLO MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIX SIGMA PADA PT DJARUM KUDUS

Abstract

Abstrak PT Djarum Kudus adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam pembuatan rokok yang terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam memproduksi rokok PT Djarum terdapat produk cacat per harinya 1,3%. Dengan adanya persaingan antar perusahaan satu dengan perusahaan rokok lainnya demi memaksimalkan tingkat kualitas produksinya,maka akan menganalisis penyebab produk cacat dengan menggunakan metode six sigma. Metode six sigma adalah metode pengendalian kualitas untuk menganalisi tingkat kualitas untuk mencapai pada nilai sigma tertentu. Dengan menggunakan metode six sigma ini dapat menegtahui tingkat kualitas pada nilai sigma yang di capai oleh PT Djarum Kudus di SKT Blolo.Pada tahap metode six sigma ini terdapat tahap Define, Measure ,Analyze improve control. Talipan rokok tidak rapih pada produk rokok Djarum Coklat salah satu penyebab utama yang sebagian besar produk cacat pada PT Djarum di SKT Blolo Kata Kunci : Six Sigma, DMAIC,Quality Control, Abstract PT Djarum Kudusisthe largest manufacturing company in the manufacture of cigarettesin Indonesia. In producing PT Djarum cigarettes there are 1.3% defective products per day. With the competition between companies one with other cigarette companies in order to maximize the level of quality of production, it will analyze the causes of defective products using the six sigma method. The Six Sigma method is a quality control method to analyze the quality level to achieve a certain sigma value. By using this six sigma method you can know the level of quality in the sigma value achieved by PT Djarum Kudus at SKT Blolo.In the stage of the six sigma method there are stages Define, Measure, Analyze improve control. Cigarettes are not tidy on Djarum Coklat cigarette products, one of the main causes of most of the defective products at PT Djarum at Blolo SKT. Keywords: Six Sigma, DMAIC, Quality Control
