Analisis Repair Policy dan Preventive Maintenance Policy untuk Mengetahui Biaya yang Optimal pada Mesin Pompa PT. PERTAMINA TBBM SEMARANG GROUP

Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) merupakan perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi yang dimiliki Pemerintah Indonesia yang begerak pada bidang penyediaan minyak dan gas bumi. Kegiatan Pertamina dalam melaksanakan usaha dibidang energi terbagi dalam sektor Hulu dan Hilir, serta ditunjang oleh kegiatan anak perusahaan.Pada PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group terdapat pompa yang berfungsi untuk memompa minyak dari tangki timbun ke mobil tangki sebelum disalurkan ke berbagai SPBU. Jumlah pompa  yang tersedia adalah 21 buah. Selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2016 jumlah breakdown pompa pada PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group sebanyak 103 buah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran distribusi frekuensi breakdown selama bulan Januari hingga Desember 2016 dan alternatif jadwal perbaikan atau perawatan dengan biaya terkecil. Frekuensi breakdown selama tahun 2016, mengikuti distribusi frekuensi breakdown 2, dimana waktu breakdown sulit diprediksi. Perhitungan biaya perawatan untuk preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance policy dilakukan dengan membandingkan keduanya, sehingga diperoleh jadwal perawatan atau perbaikan yang optimal. Dari hasil perhitungan, diusulkan jadwal perawatan sesuai preventive maintenance policy dengan periode tiap 5 bulan sekali.

ABSTRACT

PT. Pertamina (Persero) is an oil and gas company owned by the Government of Indonesia which operates in the field of oil and gas supply. Pertamina's activities in carrying out business in the energy sector are divided into upstream and downstream sectors, and are supported by the activities of its subsidiaries. At PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group has a pump that functions to pump oil from the storage tank into the tank car before being distributed to various gas stations. The number of pumps available is 21. During the period January to December 2016 the number of pump breakdowns at PT. Pertamina TBBM Semarang Group is 103 units. This study discusses the description of breakdown frequency distribution during January to December 2016 and the alternative schedule for repairs or maintenance with the smallest cost. The frequency of breakdown during 2016 follows the frequency distribution of breakdown 2, where breakdown times are difficult to predict. Calculation of maintenance costs for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance policy is done by comparing the two, so that an optimal maintenance or repair schedule is obtained. From the results of the calculation, a maintenance schedule is proposed according to the preventive maintenance policy with the period every 5 months.
