ANALISIS PENERAPAN SMK3 PADA PT INDONESIA POWER UBP MRICA BANJARNEGARA

Abstract

Angka kecelakaan kerja naik sekitar 5% - 10% setiap tahunnya disebabkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran akan penerapan sistem K3 di kalangan industri. PT Indonesia Power UP Mrica adalah salah satu perusahaan pembangkit listrik bertenaga air yang mempunyai risiko tinggi dalam kecelakaan kerja. PT IP UP Mrica sudah menetapkan SMK3 pada perusahaan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapannya. Hal ini dapat menyebakan munculnya potensi kecelakaan kerja. Penerapan SMK3 pada PT IP UP Mrica sudah dapat dikatakan terorganisir, tetapi terdapat beberapa poin dalam Review Evaluasi Efektifitas SMK3 yang tidak terpenuhi karena kurangnya evidence atau evidence dianggap tidak layak karena belum diperbarui. Pada hasil checklist ditemukan 11 poin yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Total persen pemenuhan pada keamanan bekerja dalam SMK3 adalah 76%. Untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penerapan SMK3 para pegawai harus mampu bekerja sama dalam mengimplementasikan kedalam kegiatan bekerja dan sebaiknya dilakukan sertifikasi OHSAS 18001 agar citra perusahaan semakin baik dan karyawan selalu terjamin akan keselamatan dan kesehatannya

[Analysis Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System at PT Indonesia Power UBP Mrica Banjarnegara]The number of occupational accidents increases by around 5% - 10% every year due to the low awareness of the application of the occupational health and safety system in the industry. PT Indonesia Power UP Mrica is one of the water-powered generator companies that has a high risk of work accidents. PT IP UP Mrica has implemented occupational health and safety (OHS) management system in companies but there are still deficiencies in its application. This can cause potential work accidents. The implementation of SMK3 at PT IP UP Mrica is already organized, but there are several points in the Review of the OHS Management System Effectiveness Evaluation that are not accomplished because of lack of evidence or evidence deemed inappropriate because it has not been updated. The checklist found 11 points that did not meet the requirements. The total percent of compliance with the security of working in SMK3 is 76%. To further optimize the implementation of SMK3 employees must be able to work together in implementing it into work activities and OHSAS 18001 certification should be carried out so that the company image is better and employees are always guaranteed of their safety and health
