ANALISIS PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DENGAN METODE CHECKSHEET PADA PT. MASSCOM GRAPHY

Abstract

Keselamatan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh manajemen PT. Masscom Graphy. Dari pengamatan di lapangan, ditemukan beberapa indikator lemahnya penerapan keselamatan kerja salah satunya ialah masih rendahnya kesadaran dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri saat bekerja. Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri(APD) merupakan upaya dalam mencegah terjadinya cidera pada pekerja apabila terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja sangat mungkin terjadi di setiap perusahaan karena faktor unsafe condition  dan unsafe behavior. Sehingga untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode checksheet untuk menganalisis keselamatan kerja yang ditinjau dari penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) oleh pekerja. Maka pada studi kasus ini juga akan dilakukan usulan perbaikan dalam penerapan keselamatan kerja melalui rekomendasi Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) untuk meminimalisir unsafe behavior dan bagaimana lingkungan kerja yang baik untuk meminimalisir unsafe condition, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberi kenyamanan dan keamanan  pada pekerja serta juga meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja operator.

An analysis of the application of occupational safety with the methods checksheet PT. Masscom Graphy. Occupational safety is an important factor that must be considered by management of PT .Masscom graphy. The result of the observation, found some indicators of the weakness of the application of occupational safety one of them is the lack of awareness in the use of a protective herself when work. Tool use protective self (APD) is an effort to prevent the occurrence of workers injury if suffers employment accident. Work accident very likely to happen in every company because factors unsafe condition and unsafe behavior. So as to reduce the risk of the accident and investigation by using the method checksheet to analyze safety work in terms of the use of a self protection (APD ) by workers. This case study will also be done repair proposal in the application of occupational safety equipment through recommendations self protection (APD) to minimize unsafe behavior and unsafe condition, so as to provide convenience and security on workers and also increase productivity performance operator.
