ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA SEBAGAI PENYIAPAN SERTIFIKASI OHSAS 18001 DI PT. APAC INTI CORPORA BAWEN

Abstract

Sejak awal berdirinya PT Apac Inti Corpora, perusahaan belum pernah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen K3. Namun seiring berkembangnya perusahaan, PT AIC sudah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Energi, dan Lingkungan. Sistem manajemen tersebut juga sudah lulus sertifikasi ISO 9001 (Mutu) pada tahun 2006, ISO 14001 (Lingkungan) pada tahun 2004, serta ISO 50001 (Energi) pada tahun 2011. Secara operasional PT AIC sudah menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja melalui program 6S, dibentuknya P2K3, fasilitas Poliknilk serta departemen khusus Safety and Fire untuk menerapkan K3 di perusahaan. PT. AIC telah berhasil mencapai 50,2% dalam pemenuhan tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilakukannya pada penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja sesuai OHSAS 18001:2007. Artinya PT AIC telah melakukan setengah dari keseluruhan proses tahapan OHSAS 18001:2007. Meskipun ada beberapa tahapan yang sudah terpenuhi 100% dalam penerapannya, ada pula yang kurang optimal dari sudut pandang penulis yaitu mengenai struktur khusus SMK3, dokumen – dokumen khusus K3, inspeksi, sarana, prasarana, teknologi dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya untuk tim K3 PT. Apac Inti Corpora.

Analysis of Safety and Health Management System Implementation as Preparation of Ohsas 18001 Certification in PT Apac Inti Corpora Bawen. Since the inception of PT Apac Inti Corpora, the company has never implemented K3 Management System. But as the company grows, PT AIC has implemented Quality Management System, Energy, and Environment. The management system has also passed ISO 9001 (Quality) certification in 2006, ISO 14001 (Environment) in 2004, and ISO 50001 (Energy) in 2011. Operationally PT AIC has implemented Occupational Safety and Health through 6S program, P2K3, Polyclinic facilities as well as the special department of Safety and Fire to apply K3 in the company. PT. AIC has achieved 50.2% in fulfillment of the stages that must be done on the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with OHSAS 18001: 2007. It means PT AIC has done half of the overall process of OHSAS 18001: 2007 stage. Although there are several stages that have been fulfilled 100% in its application, some are less than optimal from the author's perspective on the special structure of SMK3, special documents of K3, inspection, facilities, infrastructure, technology and other supporting facilities for OSH team of PT. Apac Inti Corpora.
