Analisis Risiko Kerja pada PT. Anugerah Rimba Nusantara dengan Metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan risiko bahaya dari masing-masing proses, mengidentifikasi tingkat probabilitas terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan dampaknya dari suatu sumber bahaya di tempat kerja serta memberikan usulan perbaikan metode kerja guna menciptakan tingkat keselamatan kerja tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Rimba Nusantara pada pabrik pembuatan barecore. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 level pada potensi risiko. Level medium seperti radiasi panas dan kulit kemasukan serbuk kayu. Pada level high seperti tertabrak forklift dan terjepit mesin. Level esktrem ditemukan pada meledaknya ketel uap dan oven.

[Title: Job Risk Analysis in PT. Anugerah Rimba Nusantara with Job Safety Analysis Method] The purposes of this research are to identification the potency and risk of hazard from each processes, identification the probability of work accident and the impact from  hazard’s source in work space and give recommendations to refine the work method in order to create the best work safety. The research is done in barecore factory of PT. Anugerah Rimba Nusantara with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as the method. The outcome showed that there are 3 level of  potential risks. In medium level such as heat radiation and the sawdust pierce the skin. In high level such as crashed by forklift and wedged by the machine. The extreme level such as explosion of boiler and oven.
