ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KUALITAS BATUBARA TE 67 HS di STOCKPILE dan di GERBONG KERETA API DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TOOLS STATISTIKA

PT.Bukit Asam Tbk. Persero merupakan perusahan tambang batubara yang memiliki berbagai macam jenis batubara , salah satunya adalah batubara  jenis TE 67 HS. System penambangan batubara di PT.Bukit Asam adalah Open Pit (Sistem penambangan Terbuka) sehingga kualitas batubara dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar. Parameter kualitas batubara ditentukan oleh kadar Total Moisture, Kadar Inherent Moisture, kadar Ash, Kadar Volatile Meter, Kadar Fix Carbon, dan kadar Gross Calory Value yang terkandung. Batubara yang sudah dikeluarkan di tumpuk di stockpile dan kemudian dikirim ke gerbong kereta untuk diangkut kepelabuhan. Namun, terdapat perbedaan kualitas batubara saat di stockpile dan di gerbong kereta api. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengukuran secara statistika untuk mengukur signifikansi perbedaan kualitas batubara. Pengukuran menggunakan tools statistika yaitu statistika deskriptiv, analisa perbandingan rata-rata dua populasi, uji korelasi, regresi, uji partial, dan model regresi. Kandungan batubara yng mengalami perbedaan signifikan dan berpengaruh terhdap kandungan  GCV adalah kandungan Ash sebesar 46,65 % yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap GCV. Hubungan parameter-parameter kualitas batubara antara lain kadar Total Moisture, Inherent Moisture, kadar Ash, dan Kadar Volatile Meter berbanding terbalik dengan Total calory Value. Formulasi terbaik dalam pembentukan kualitas batubara adalah GCV = 7946,7- 13.671TM - 91.371IM – 77.135 Ash – 1,530 VM. Untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitas batubara adalah menerapkan metode management stockpile dengan pembuatan saluran air dan kolam penampungan air batubara.

Abstrak

PT.Bukit Asam Tbk. Limited is a coal mining company that has a wide range of coal types, one of which is coal TE 67 HS. System Bukit Asam coal mines are open pit (mining Open System) so that the coal quality is affected by the surrounding environment. Coal quality parameters are determined by the level of Total Moisture, Inherent Moisture, Ash content, Volatile Content Meter, Carbon fix levels, and the levels of Gross Value Calory contained. Coal already incurred in the stacks at the stockpile and then sent to the rail cars to be transported from port. However, there are differences in coal quality when in stockpile and in a railway carriage. Therefore, it takes a statistical measurement to measure the significance of differences in coal quality. Measurements using statistical tools that deskriptiv statistics, the average comparative analysis of two populations, correlation, regression, partial test and regression model. Yng coal levels experienced significant difference and affect the levels of GCV is Ash content of 46.65% provides to GCV. The relationship between coal quality parameters include level of Total Moisture, Inherent Moisture, Ash content, and the levels of Volatile Meter inversely proportional to the total calory Value. The best formulation in the formation of the quality of coal is GCV = 7946.7 - 13.671TM - 91.371IM - 77 135 Ash - 1,530 VM. To maintain consistency in the quality of coal is the stockpile management with the creation of water channels and pools of water coal.
