VISUALISASI SECARA ONLINE RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU KECAMATAN SEMARANG TIMUR

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kota Semarang merupakan Ibu Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan memiliki pembangunan infrastruktur serta kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi. Untuk mendukung tersediannya lingkungan ruang terbuka hijau Pemerintah Kota Semarang menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 7 Tahun 2010 tentang Penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) sebagai upaya menjaga kualitas lingkungan kota, dalam pertauran tersebut dirincikan sebaran rencana RTH ditingkat kecamatan. Terdapat 16 kecamatan di Kota Semarang, salah satunya adalah Kecamatan Semarang Timur yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk tergolong tinggi dengan kepadatan penduduk 9,687 jiwa/km². Sepuluh tahun perda telah berlaku akan tetapi rencana yang ada pada perda belum diketahui perkembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode digitasi on screen dengan menggunakan citra WorldView-2 untuk mendapatkan luasan RTH di Kecamatan Semarang Timur. Hasil dari peta RTH kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan webGIS untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih informatif kepada publik.  Visualisasi dari peta RTH Kecamatan Semarang Timur disajikan dalam bentuk ArcGIS webMap Application dengan menggunakan platform ArcGIS Online. Terdapat berbagai widget yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna untuk berinteraksi dengan peta RTH yang telah dibuat. Terdapat sepuluh widget yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna yaitu Perbesaran, Default Extent, Lokasi, Peta dasar, Layer, Legenda, Diagram, Pengukuran, Bantuan, Tentang. Untuk menyajikan informasi yang lebih informatif maka hasil dari RTH disajikan dalam bentuk ArcGIS StoryMap. Dalam ArcGIS StoryMap dapat menjelaskan lebih mendetail mengenai hasil dari penelitian. Didalamnya membahas beberapa topik yaitu Latar Belakang, Wilayah Studi Kasus, Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Data Penelitian, Hasil Analisis RTH, Peta Persebaran RTH, Peta Online, Kritik dan Saran. Uji Usability dilakukan untuk menunjukan suatu performa dari sistem webGIS yang telah dibuat. Hasil dari Uji Usability menunjukan bahwa dalam aspek Learnability bernilai 4,32. Dalam Efficiency bernilai 4,34. Dalam aspek Memorability bernilai 4,30. Dalam aspek Errors bernilai 4,26. Dalam aspek Satisfaction bernilai 4,34. Dari lima aspek tersebut didapatkan nilai rata – rata sebesar 4,31 sehingga performa webGIS sangat baik.

ABSTRACT

Semarang City is the capital of Central Java Province, has a high development infrastructure and population density. To support the availability of green open space environment, Semarang City Government Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 7 of 2010 concerning Green Open Space Management (RTH) as an effort to maintain the quality of the city environment. The regulation details the distribution of green open space plans at the sub-district level. There are 16 sub-districts in Semarang City, which one is East Semarang sub-District that has a high population density  with a population of 9,687 people / km2. It has been ten years since the perda has been in effect, but the progress of the existing perda is not yet known. This study used an on-screen digitization method using WorldView-2 imagery to obtain green open space area in East Semarang District. The results from the green open space map are visualized using webGIS to provide more informative to the public. The visualization of the green open space map for East Semarang District is presented in the a webMap using the ArcGIS Online platform. There are many widgets that can be used by users to interact with the RTH map that has been created. There are ten widgets that can be used by users, there are Magnification, Default Extent, Location, Base map, Layer, Legend, Diagram, Measurement, Help, and About. In order to provide more informative information, the results of the green open space are presented into ArcGIS StoryMap. In ArcGIS StoryMap can explain in more detail about the results of the research. There are several discussions in the ArcGIS StoryMap feature, there are background, case study areas, green open spaces, research data, green open space analysis results, green open space distribution maps, online maps, criticisms and suggestions. Usability test is conducted to show the performance of the webGIS system that has been created. The results of the Usability Test show that the Learnability aspect is 4.32. In Efficiency is 4.34. In the aspect of Memorability is 4.30. In the Errors aspect is 4.26. In the Satisfaction aspect is 4.34. From these five aspects, the average score is 4.31 so that webGIS performance is very good.
