SISTEM INFORMASI FASILITAS KESEHATAN DAN PENUNJANGNYA BERBASIS SIG DAN CARRYMAP (STUDI KASUS KABUPATEN BOYOLALI, JAWA TENGAH)

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kabupaten Boyolali terdiri atas 19 kecamatan dan 267 desa/kelurahan merupakan salah satu dari 35 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah penduduk ± 974.579 jiwa pada tahun 2017 (BPS Kabupaten Boyolali) dan luas wilayah ± 101.510,20 Ha (www.boyolali.go.id). Kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya bagi masyarakat menengah ke bawah sangat dibutuhkan apalagi dengan jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Boyolali yang cukup besar sehingga perlu diperhatikan oleh instansi atau dinas terkait.

Persebaran sarana fasilitas kesehatan di Kabupaten Boyolali masih tersebar di pelosok daerah sehingga jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat baik masyarakat setempat maupun luar daerah tersebut. Hal tersebut berakibat masih sulitnya memperoleh informasi fasilitas kesehatan yang lebih mendukung selain yang terdapat di daerah masing-masing. Peran teknologi saat ini memungkinkan masyarakat dalam mengakses internet, namun untuk beberapa daerah masih terkendala dalam memperoleh konektivitas yang lancar.

Berdasarkan uraian yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, melatarbelakangi penulis dalam membuat sebuah aplikasi informasi sebaran fasilitas kesehatan di Kabupaten Boyolali yang bisa diakses walaupun tanpa konetivitas internet menggunakan aplikasi CarryMap.Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan dengan metode buffer untuk seluruh fasilitas puskesmas dapat melayani sebanyak 89 % dari jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Boyolali sehingga masih perlu ditingkatkan sebanyak 11 %. Seluruh fasilitas klinik dapat melayani 36 % dari jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Boyolali sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi sebanyak 64 %, namun untuk seluruh rumah sakit sudah melayani 100%  untuk cakupan satu kabupaten. Hasil dari aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi CarryMap dapat dijalankan pada platform desktop pc dan smartphone. Ketelitian presisi dari aplikasi adalah 2,015 meter. Uji usability didasarkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil uji usability tersebut antara lain komponen efektifitas dengan nilai 85, komponen efisiensi dengan nilai 80, dan komponen kepuasan dengan nilai 79,5.

Boyolali Regency consists of 19 sub-districts and 267 villages is one of 35 regencies / cities in Central Java with a population of ± 974,579 inhabitants in 2017 (BPS Boyolali Regency) and an area of ± 101,510.20 Ha (www.boyolali.go .id). The need for health services, especially for the middle to lower class is very much needed especially with the population of Boyolali Regency which is large enough so that it needs to be considered by the relevant agencies or agencies

The distribution of health facilities in Boyolali Regency is still scattered in remote areas so that it is rarely known by the community both local and outside the area. This results in the difficulty of obtaining information on health facilities that are more supportive than those found in their respective regions. The current role of technology enables the public to access the internet, but in some areas it is still constrained in obtaining smooth connectivity.

Based on the description previously mentioned, the background of the author in making an information application of the distribution of health facilities in Boyolali Regency that can be accessed even without internet connectivity using the CarryMap application. Based on the analysis conducted by the buffer method for all puskesmas facilities, it can serve as much as 89% of the population of Boyolali Regency so that it still needs to be increased by 11%. All clinical facilities can serve 36% of the population of Boyolali District so that it needs to be increased again by 64%, but for all hospitals already serving 100% for the coverage of one district. The results of applications created using the CarryMap application can be run on desktop pc and smartphone platforms. The precision of application precision is 2,015 meters. Usability test is based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires with the number of respondents as many as 20 people. The usability test results include an effectiveness component with a value of 85, an efficiency component with a value of 80, and a satisfaction component with a value of 79.5.
