PEMBUATAN PETA WISATA DIGITAL 3 DIMENSI OBYEK WISATA BROWN CANYON SECARA INTERAKTIF DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN WAHANA UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE (UAV)

ABSTRAK

 

Peta merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi perkembangan pariwisata. Dengan adanya peta, para wisatawan akan mudah untuk mengunjungi objek wisata. Proyek bekas galian tambang pasir yang yang terletak di Desa Rowosari, Tembalang menjadi terkenal karena kesamaan penampakannya dengan Grand Canyon Arizona, United States. Kehadiran peta wisata digital 3 dimensi yang dilengkapi dengan informasi spasial dari objek sangat penting untuk membantu wisatawan ke tempat tersebut dengan mudah. Salah satu metode pemetaan yang dapat digunakan yaitu fotogrametri menggunakan UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Penulis menggunakan DJI Phantom 3 Professional dalam penggambilan foto udara dan menggolah data foto udara menggunakan Agisoft Photoscan dan Drone Deploy. GPS handheld juga digunakan untuk mengambil informasi data spasial yang berupa point of interest di lapangan. Metode ini sangat efektif dalam akuisisi data dan juga efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya operasional. Pada akhir penelitian ini, hasil pengukuran dan pembuatan peta digital 3 dimensi akan diinputkan pada web GIS Brown Canyon dan beberapa atribut informasi tentang lokasi tersebut.

ABSTRACT

 

Maps are essential in supporting tourism. It facilitates tourists to get to the tourist objects without difficulty. One of the arising tourist objects in Semarang that attracts many people is Brown Canyon. The old abandoned sand mine project located in Worosari, Tembalang got its popular name for its similar landscape as the Arizona Grand Canyon in the United States. Therefore, it is necessary to make an interactive three-dimensional map complete with the spatial information of the object to help people getting there effortlessly.

One of the mapping methods that can be used is Photogrammetry with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). This method is effective in data acquisition as well as efficient in terms of time and operational cost. Subsequently, a handheld GPS is utilized to include the necessary spatial information at several points of interest on site.

Certainly, effectiveness and efficiency of the Photogrammetry method are not the only two concerns. Output quality must also be taken into consideration. In the end of the research, measuring results will be put into a GIS web (Geographic Information System) on the map area of Brown Canyon and some feature information about the location.
