PEMBUATAN PETA POTENSI LAHAN BERDASARKAN KONDISI FISIK LAHAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHTED OVERLAY

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Suatu pembangunan selain mengacu pada Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah juga perlu memperhatikan kondisi fisik lahan, karena lahan memiliki keterbatasan. Kecamatan Kota Kendal, Kecamatan Brangsong, dan Kecamatan Kaliwungu berbatasan langsung dengan Laut Jawa, elevasinya 0 – 100 mdpl yang mengakibatkan tiga kecamatan tersebut sangat sering dilanda bencana banjir padahal tiga kecamatan tersebut termasuk padat penduduknya dan merupakan jantung dari Kabupaten Kendal. Pada saat ini sedang banyak pembangunan di wilayah studi, maka evaluasi pun sangat diperlukan untuk mengawasi pembanguan yang ada, apakah sudah sesuai dengan potensi lahannya ataukah belum sesuai.

Untuk menentukan potensi penggunaan lahan pertanian, permukiman, dan industri berdasarkan kondisi fisik lahan dapat dilakukan dengan weigted overlay, salah satu metode pembobotan dengan mengoverlaykan beberapa peta yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kerentanan. Peta parameter kondisi fisik lahan di overlaykan dengan bobot yang dihasilkan dari analisis AHP. Kemudian dibandingkan dengan peta penggunaan lahan eksisiting dan peta Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah peta potensi lahan untuk masing – masing peruntukan berdasarkan kondisi fisik lahan dan peta evaluasi kecocokan antara peta potensi lahan, peta penggunaan lahan eksisting, dan peta Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Kendal Tahun 2011 – 2031.

ABSTRACT

A development in addition to referring to the Spatial Plan also needs to pay attention to the physical condition of the land, because the land has limitations. District Kendal City, District Brangsong, and District Kaliwungu directly adjacent to the Java Sea, the elevation 0-100 meters above sea level resulted in three districts are very frequently hit by floods when the three districts including the densely populated and is the heart of Kendal. Currently a lot of development in the study area, the evaluation is very necessary to keep an eye on the Development of existing, is already in line with the potential of the land or is not appropriate.

To determine the potential land of farmland, homes and industry based on the physical condition of the land to do with weighted overlay, one method of weighting by overlay some maps related to the factors that influence the vulnerability assessment. Map parameters of the physical condition of land in overlay with weights produced from AHP analysis. Then compared with land use maps and urban planing maps. The end result of this research is a map of potential land for each allotment based on the physical condition of the land and map evaluation of the suitability of potential maps of land, existing land use map, and urban planning maps Kendal Year 2011-2031.
