HUBUNGAN ANTARA KELEKATAN AMAN DENGAN IBU DAN COPING PADA SISWA SMA KESATRIAN 2 SEMARANG

Abstract

Coping merupakan usaha-usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengatur situasi yang dialami atau dirasakan yang menjadi sumber stresor. Pada masa remaja mekanisme coping ini akan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal. Kelekatan aman pada ibu merupakan bentuk ikatan yang lekat dan aman antara ibu dengan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelekatan dengan ibu dan coping pada siswa SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa berusia 15-18 tahun SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. Jumlah populasi yaitu 710 siswa, dan sample penelitian berjumlah 123 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan skala coping (33 aitem, α= 0,867) dan skala kelekatan aman dengan ibu (30 aitem, α=0,921). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Penelitian ini menunjukkan rxy= 0,362; ρ= 0,000 (ρ < 0,05). Hasil analisis data menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kelekatan aman dengan ibu dan coping. Semakin tinggi kelekatan aman dengan ibu maka semakin adaptif coping yang dimiliki. Sebaliknya, semakin buruk kelekatan ama n dengan ibu maka coping yang dimiliki menjadi tidak adaptif.
