Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kongruensi karir remaja-orangtua dengan academic hardiness pada mahasiswa Departemen Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tahun pertama, kedua, dan ketiga Departemen Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro yang berjumlah 351 mahasiswa dan sampel sejumlah 177 mahasiswa dengan rata-rata usia 18-21 tahun, yang diperoleh dengan cluster random sampling. Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,433 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,001). Artinya, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kongruensi karir remaja-orangtua dengan academic hardiness pada mahasiswa. Sumbangan efektif  kongruensi karir remaja-orangtua terhadap academic hardiness sebesar 18,8%. Artinya, terdapat faktor lain sebesar 81,2% yang mempengaruhi academic hardiness. Uji one-way anova menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa tahun pertama memiliki skor rata-rata academic hardiness tertinggi, diikuti mahasiswa tahun ketiga, dan mahasiswa tahun kedua.
