Subjek penelitian adalah 301 siswa SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang kelas 10, 11, dan 12. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Adversity Intelligence (28 aitem valid, α = 0,85) dan Skala School Well-being (31 aitem valid, α = 0,89). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regeresi sederhana menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy =0,60 dengan p < 0,001. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara adversity intelligence dengan school well-being pada siswa SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. Artinya, semakin tinggi adversity intelligence yang dimiliki siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula schol well-being yang dimlikinya, begitupun sebaliknya. Adversity intelligence memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 36% pada school well-being.
