Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation Satisfaction on Turnover Intention which is mediated by Affective Commitment at the PT. Damai Putra Group employee. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out using questionnaires. This research involved 60 employees with office staff as questionnaire respondents. The sample was selected using the census method. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via the Smart Partial Square (PLS) application program version 4.1. The research results show that Compensation Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Then, Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment. Then, Affective Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. And Affective Commitment has a negative and significant influence in mediating the relationship between Compensation Satisfaction and Turnover Intention, but the influence is smaller
