Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via the Smart Partial Square (PLS) application program version 4.1. The research results show that Compensation Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Then, Compensation Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment. Then, Affective Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
