Abstract
Maintaining the cleanliness of fish pond surfaces is a significant challenge, as efficient supervision and cleaning are crucial for proper pond care. To address this challenge, a fish pond cleaning boat has been developed for the campus area to enhance the efficiency of cleaning large fish pond surfaces. This system integrates Bluetooth signals and a microcontroller to control the boat, which can be remotely operated through an Android application. The Arduino Uno serves as the central unit to manage the entire system. The design and development of this cleaning boat followed the Research and Development method, utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The process starts with analysis and ends with evaluation. The device uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller to control the movement of the boat, powered by a DC motor and a servo motor. The boat’s movement is managed through a remote control application created using the Kodular platform. Bluetooth system testing revealed an average pairing time of 7.53 seconds without obstacles and 6.51 seconds with obstacles, such as trees. With this fish pond cleaning boat, the process of cleaning debris and waste from the pond's surface becomes more efficient, convenient, and practical.
