Abstract
Floods bring losses for residents such as damage to buildings and valuables, and loss of jobs. Flood that occurs every year in residential areas and there are still many houses being built in the border of the Silugonggo Juwana River causes low capacity to deal with disasters flood. Given the significant impact of the flood disaster, it is necessary to determine the level of resilience of the population against floods. This study aims to analyze the resilience of the people of Doropayung, Mintomulyo, and Kedung Pancing against floods that hit almost every year. Method used in this study is the Resilience Radar Index (RRI) using five variables that are considered to be most directly related to people's lives, namely the social dimension, economic, physical, preparedness, and environment. This research is expected to provide benefits in the form of strategies and policies regarding flood mitigation for Pati Regency. Through the analysis that carried out, the resulting index of community resilience to flooding in Doropayung Village, Mintomulyo, and Kedung Pancing Village of 0.57 which are classified as medium level. Acquisition scores per dimension, namely the social dimension of 0.63 (high), the economic dimension of 0.41 (medium), physical dimensions of 0.6 (medium), preparedness dimensions of 0.61 (high), and dimensions of environment of 0.58 (medium).
