One of the efforts made is the launch of the Mobile JKN application to facilitate access to health services for the community. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, as many users find it difficult to operate the application. Similar problems have also been experienced by students at Diponegoro University since the implementation of the mandatory use of Mobile JKN. The acceptance or rejection of a technology can be predicted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and this study employs the development of the TAM 3 model. The objective of this research is to determine the extent to which Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) influence Behavioral Intention (BI) in the use of the Mobile JKN app. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents based on their experience using the application. The results indicate that the direct influence of PU on BI is not significant, but it still plays a role through indirect influence, particularly through the Job Relevance (REL) variable and the interaction between Experience (EXP) and Subjective Norm (SN). Meanwhile, PEOU also does not have a significant direct effect on BI, but it is significantly influenced by Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE) and Perception of External Control (PEC). Additionally, the Experience variable has a direct effect on BI, as does the interaction between Voluntariness and Subjective Norm, which significantly influences BI.}, pages = {41--54} doi = {10.14710/jppmr.v14i4.53808}, url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jppmr/article/view/53808} }
