The awareness stage shows that there is public awareness arising from the socialization carried out by the Payung Lestari Waste Bank management, the community begins to be actively involved in joint discussions with the Payung Lestari Waste Bank management, as well as the provision of rewards that can inspire the performance and enthusiasm of the community to participate in the Payung Lestari Waste Bank activities. The capacity building stage includes waste recycling training given to the Payung Lestari Waste Bank management, but there has been no training for the community. The empowerment stage includes changes in the character of the community to care more about the environment and the emergence of good habits for most people in managing household waste even though there is no cooperation with CSR and the community has not maximized existing business opportunities. The factors that influence community empowerment through the Payung Lestari Waste Bank are the involvement of waste bank management, waste bank customers, and the surrounding community in the Payung Lestari Waste Bank program, resource support from the Regional Government, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the Payung Lestari Waste Bank. Suggestions that can be given are to conduct resocialization, training for the community, and training in marketing waste products.
