One such innovation is JakLapor, a feature of the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application that enables citizens to submit reports, aspirations, and complaints concerning public services in Jakarta. This study analyzes the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on citizens' digital participation through JakLapor. The study employed a quantitative explanatory design using a survey method. The population consisted of citizens who had used JakLapor, while 100 respondents were selected as the minimum sample size based on the Slovin calculation and recruited through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version 31 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show mean scores of 3.21 for perceived usefulness, 3.24 for perceived ease of use, and 3.30 for digital participation. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant partial effect on digital participation, with a regression coefficient of 1.207 and a significance level below 0.001. Perceived ease of use has a positive coefficient of 0.131 but does not have a significant partial effect because its significance level is 0.267. Simultaneously, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly influence digital participation, with an F value of 57.664 and a significance level below 0.001. The R Square value of 0.543 indicates that both variables explain 54.3 percent of the variation in digital participation. These findings show that the practical benefits perceived by citizens are a stronger driver of digital engagement than ease of use alone. Accordingly, strengthening service usefulness, report-process clarity, complaint-status transparency, manager responses, and report follow-up is important for reinforcing digital participation through JakLapor.}, pages = {124--134} url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jpgs/article/view/60289} }
