Parameter lingkungan yang diukur meliputi suhu(28°C), pH (7), dan salinitas (31 ppt) saat musim kemarau. Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa ketiga spesies positif mengandung alkaloid (pereaksi Wagner dan Dragendorff). P. erosa memiliki profil metabolit lebih lengkap dengan adanya alkaloid, saponin, dan steroid , C. aurisfelis mengandung alkaloid dan saponin, sedangkan C. obtusa hanya mengandung alkaloid. Flavanoid dan enolik tidak terdeteksi pada semua spesies. Perbedaan komposisi metabolit sekunder antar spesies mencerminkan strategi adaptasi yang berbeda terhadap tekanan lingkungan mangrove dengan salinitas tinggi dan substrat kaya bahan organik. Penelitian ini memberikan data dasar mengenai potensi bioaktif moluska lokal yang dapat dikembangkan untuk aplikasi farmasetikal dan nutrasetikal berbasis sumber daya hayati laut Indonesia. Secondary metabolites in mangrove mollusks play an important role in adaptation to extreme environmental conditions and possess significant bioactive potential. This study aimed to identify phytochemical content in three mollusk species from mangrove waters of Mangkang, Semarang, namely Polymesoda erosa (bivalvia), Cerithidea obtusa, and Cassidula aurisfelis (gastropoda), and analyze their correlation with environmental conditions. Samples were extracted using maceration method with 96% ethanol and qualitatively tested for phytochemicals including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, steroids, and phenolics. Environmental parameters measured included temperature (28°C), pH (7), and salinity (31 ppt) on muddy substrate during dry season. Phytochemical test results showed that all three species tested positive for alkaloids (Wagner and Dragendorff reagents). P. erosa exhibited the most complete metabolite profile containing alkaloids, saponins, and steroids. C. aurisfelis contained alkaloids and saponins, while C. obtusa contained only alkaloids. Flavonoids and phenolics were not detected in all species. The differences in secondary metabolite composition among species reflect distinct adaptation strategies to mangrove environmental pressures with high salinity and organic-rich substrate.
