All individuals listed here served exclusively as reviewers at the time the reviews were conducted — they were not acting as editors or handling those manuscripts. The journal employs a double-blind review process, meaning that reviewers remain anonymous to authors and authors are anonymous to reviewers. Even when reviewers share an institutional affiliation with the authors (e.g., Universitas Diponegoro), they have formally declared no conflict of interest and their evaluations were conducted independently, based solely on scholarly merit. The journal follows COPE guidelines to maintain objectivity and credibility.

→ Reviewers from the same institution as authors or editorial board members are never assigned to manuscripts where a conflict might exist; all reviews are blinded and overseen by the editorial team.
