Secondary data were obtained from annual financial reports with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 23 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30. The results showed that operating cash flow had no effect on stock returns, while EPS did affect stock returns. Simultaneously, operating cash flow and EPS affected stock returns. Therefore, companies need to manage operating cash flow and EPS efficiently by increasing revenue, controlling costs, and financial transparency to increase profitability and attract investor confidence. Abstraksi: Penurunan return saham pada perusahaan indeks LQ-45 BEI menjadi permasalahan bagi investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi. Investor mengandalkan informasi laporan keuangan, terutama perubahan arus kas operasi dan earning per share (EPS), untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh arus kas operasi dan EPS terhadap return saham pada perusahaan LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 23 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan EPS berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Secara simultan, arus kas operasi dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap return saham.
