Abstract

Abstract: Data were collected through questionnaires with a sample of 205 tourists who had visited Rio Beach the beach tourist destination with a minimum age of 17. The data analysis process takes place quantitatively with descriptive and co-variance-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using the AMOS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that destination image has a significant effect on loyalty, destination image has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, service escape has a substantial effect on loyalty, servicescape has a substantial effect on tourist satisfaction loyalty, tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, destination image affects loyalty through tourist satisfaction and servicescape affects loyalty through tourist satisfaction.

Abstrak: Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan sampel 205 wisatawan yang telah mengunjungi destinasi wisata Pantai Rio by the beach dengan usia minimal 17 tahun. Proses analisis data berlangsung secara kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis co-variance dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa citra destinasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, citra destinasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, servicescape memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, servicescape memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas kepuasan wisatawan, kepuasan wisatawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, citra destinasi mepengaruhi loyalitas melalui kepuasan wisatawan dan servicescape mempengaruhi loyalitas melalui kepuasan wisatawan.
