Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the performance of five core supply chain processes at the PT Oafindo Carica Sumbing Segar Factory. Supply Chain Management (SCM) aims to shorten supply chain cycles, build and improve services, reduce costs and prices. After the KPI is validated, performance is measured using the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) performance which is divided into 3 process levels. At the top level (level 1) there are five core processes, namely plan, source, make, delivery, and return, each core process has two dimensions in the form of reliability and responsiveness. The next level (level 2) defines activities based on five core processes. At level 3, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are identified. Once KPIs are identified, they are weighted using an analytical hierarchy process with the help of expertly selected software and calculate the scoring system using the OMAX method and Traffic Light System Analysis. Total Index value of 7,403 was obtained. KPI performance measurement results using OMAX and Traffic Light System calculations, there are 10 KPIs in the green category, 11 KPIs in the yellow category, and 1 KPI in the red category.

Abstraksi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja lima proses rantai pasok inti di Pabrik PT Oafindo Carica Sumbing Segar. Supply Chain Management (SCM) bertujuan untuk mempersingkat siklus rantai pasokan, membangun dan meningkatkan layanan, mengurangi biaya dan harga. Setelah KPI divalidasi, kinerja diukur menggunakan kinerja supply chain operation reference (SCOR) yang dibagi menjadi 3 tingkat proses. Pada tingkat atas (level 1) terdapat lima proses inti, yaitu rencana, sumber, pembuatan, pengiriman, dan pengembalian, setiap proses inti memiliki dua dimensi berupa keandalan dan daya tanggap. Tingkat berikutnya (level 2) mendefinisikan aktivitas berdasarkan lima proses inti. Pada level 3, Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI) diidentifikasi. Setelah KPI diidentifikasi, KPI ditimbang menggunakan proses hierarki analitik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak yang dipilih secara ahli dan menghitung sistem penilaian menggunakan metode OMAX dan Analisis Traffic Light System. Nilai Total Indeks sebesar 7.403 diperoleh. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja masing-masing KPI menggunakan perhitungan OMAX dan Traffic Light System, terlihat terdapat 10 KPI kategori hijau, 11 KPI kategori kuning, dan 1 KPI kategori merah.
