This type of research is explanatory research with probability sampling method, stratified random sampling type. data was collected by distributing questionnaire to 92 respondents employees of the sewing section at PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. Data analysis method used is regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 application with quantitative analysis. The research results show that job competency, employee engagement and effect between job competency and employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi need to provide training related to employee discipline and skills at work, increase discussions with employees, provide rewards and assign tasks according to employee interests and abilities so that the resulting performance is maximized. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi ialah entitas swasta bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang telah mengekspor produknya ke benua Asia, Eropa dan Amerika. Mempertahankan kualitas produk dapat tercapai apabila kinerja karyawan perusahaan maksimal. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi job competency yang mumpuni dan employee engagement yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job competency dan employee engagement terhadap kinera karyawan bagian sewing PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan metode probability sampling jenis stratified random sampling . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kepada 92 responden karyawan bagian sewing PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0 tipe analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job competency dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kombinasi antara job competency dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang diberikan kepada PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi perlu memberikan pelatihan terkait kedisiplinan dan keterampilan karyawan dalam bekerja, meningkatkan diskusi dengan karyawan, pemberian reward serta penempatan tugas sesusai dengan minat dan kemampuan karyawan agar kinerja yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, terdapat beberapa variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan lainnya.
