Abstract

Waroeng Cowek Ireng, Lamper Tengah Branch is one of the culinary businesses located in Semarang. Based on existing data, it is known that the number of sales and visitors at Waroeng Cowek Ireng, Lamper Tengah Branch has decreased from 2020 to 2021 and there are negative reviews from consumers regarding the quality of the products and the quality of the services provided, so it is suspected that there has been a decrease in product quality and service quality which results in customer satisfaction at Waroeng Cowek Ireng, Lamper Tengah Branch not by consumer expectations. Explanatory research is conducted using non-probability sampling techniques as well as accidental and purposeful sampling methods. Data collection using questionnaires distributed at the research location and outside the research location. The samples taken amounted to 96 of the consumers of Waroeng Cowek Ireng, Lamper Tengah Branch. The results showed that product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The suggestion of this study is that is there need to improvement in terms of promotions, product consistency, product excellence, product appearance, service delivery, and facilities so that consumers feel satisfied with the products and services obtained.


Waroeng Cowek Ireng Cabang Lamper Tengah adalah salah satu usaha kuliner yang berlokasi di kota semarang. Berdasarkan data yang ada diketahui jumlah penjualan dan pengunjung pada Waroeng Cowek Ireng Cabang Lamper Tengah mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020 hingga 2021 serta masih terdapat adanya ulasan negatif dari konsumen terkait kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, sehingga diduga terjadi penurunan pada kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang mengakibatkan kepuasan konsumen pada waroeng Cowek Ireng Cabang Lamper Tengah belum sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan metode Accidental Sampling serta Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan di lokasi penelitian maupun di luar lokasi penelitian. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 96 dari konsumen Waroeng Cowek Ireng Cabang Lamper Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Saran penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya peningkatan dari segi promo, konsistensi produk, keunggulan produk dan penampilan produk, peningkatan pemberian pelayanan dan fasilitas, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan produk serta pelayanan yang diperoleh.
