The results showed that the quality of service, rates and facilities significant effect on passenger satisfaction BRT corridor II Trans Semarang partially. And quality of service, rates and facilities significant effect on passenger satisfaction Trans Semarang BRT corridor II simultaneously. Trans Semarang service quality BRT Corridor II should be improved.
