The research objective were to measure a stock density, and biomass, and to also analys MSY, MEY, and OAE of blue swimming crab (P ortunus pelagicus ) in Demak seawaters. The research used descriptif method based on case study. This research have limited data, especially catch and effort data, so this research combine swept area and Gordon-Scha e fer model approach. The research proved the stock density of 0 . 04249991 tonnes/km 2 , biomass of 10.06276 tonnes, C MSY of 5 ,1 20 kg/year, E MSY of 12 8 trips/year, C MEY of 5,114 kg/year, E MEY of 1 24 trips/year, C OAE of 6 93 kg/year and E OAE of 2 47 trips/year of BSC.
