Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode experimental fishing dengan 2 variabel yaitu perbedaan umpan dan kedalaman dengan 8 perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov , uji ANOVA RAL faktorial, dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan jenis umpan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap jumlah tangkapan dan ada pengaruh terhadap berat tangkapan, yang terbaik adalah umpan buntal asin dan petek asin. Perbedaan kedalaman tidak ada pengaruh terhadap jumlah tangkapan dan ada pengaruh terhadap berat tangkapan, penangkapan di kedalaman 30 meter menghasilkan berat tangkapan lebih besar dibandingkan kedalaman 20 meter. Tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara jenis umpan dan perbedaan kedalaman terhadap jumlah dan berat tangkapan rajungan. Pot is commonly used for catching swimming crab. Pot is a fishing gear which equipment permanently installed (passive) in the water. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences between the types of bait (salted tetraodontidae, salted leiognatus, fresh tetraodontidae, and fresh leiognatus) and the depth (20 and 30 meters depth) towards the catch and weight of crabs in Betahwalang waters. The research methods used is this study was the experimental fishing with 2 variable which are the type of bait and depth with 8 treatment. The data analysis used were the normality test One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov , RAL factorial ANOVA test and Duncan test. The results of t his research showed that the different type of bait had not influence for the number of catches and there is a n influence for the weight of swimming crab, salted tetraodontidae and salted leiognatus are the best for catching swimming crab, the difference depth had not influence on the number of catches and there is a n influence for the weight of swimming crab, catching i n 30 meters depth get s the largest swimming crab than 20 meters; there was no interaction between different type of bait and depth for the numbe r and the weight of swimming crab. }, pages = {19--27} url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jfrumt/article/view/5240} }
