ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HASIL TANGKAPAN KAPAL MINI PURSE SEINE DI PELABUHAN PERIKANAN NUSANTARA PEKALONGAN

Abstract

PPN Pekalongan memiliki dominasi kegiatan penangkapan ikan dengan menggunakan alat tangkap purse seine. Produktivitas kapal penangkap ikan merupakan tingkat kemampuan memperoleh hasil tangkapan ikan yang ditetapkan dengan ukuran tonase kapal, kekuatan mesin kapal, jenis alat penangkap ikan, jumlah trip operasi penangkapan per tahun, dan kemampuan tangkap rata-rata per trip. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan kapal mini purse seine dan menganalisis tingkat produktivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif studi kasus Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisa asumsi klasik, analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dan analisis produktivitas. Hasil penelitian yang didapat ialah  faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada hasil tangkapan kapal mini purse seine di PPN Pekalongan terdapat empat faktor. Faktor tersebut ialah  jumlah BBM (X1), GT kapal (X2), daya lampu (X3), dan mesin kapal (X4) karena nilai Sig < α. Nilai rata-rata produktivitas berdasarkan kemampuan penangkapan rata-rata pertrip yaitu 1,47 ton/hari atau 1.470 Kg/hari. Nilai produktivitas rata-rata berdasarkan kekuatan mesin kapal mini purse seine yaitu 0,06 ton/PK/trip atau senilai 60 kg/PK/trip. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kapal mini purse seine memiliki tingkat kemampuan memperoleh hasil tangkapan rata-rata sebesar 1.470 Kg/hari dan 60 Kg/PK/trip.

Pekalongan Archipelago fishing port have a dominance fishing activities using  purse seine. Productivity of fishing vessels is the ability to obtain the level of fish catches were determined by the size of the vessel tonnage, Ship engine power , the type of fishing gear , the number of fishing operations trips per year, and the ability of the average catch per trip. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that affect production mini purse seine vessels and analyze the level of productivity. Descriptive study case was used in this research . The method of election of the respondents used purposive sampling. The analytical method used was classical assumption test, production function Cobb-Douglas, and analysis of vessel productivity. The results of the research showed that factors which had real contribute  on the vessel production in PPN Pekalongan were four factors. There were the amount of fuel (X1), gross tonnage  (X2),the amount of wattage bulbs (X3) and vessel engine (X4)because the value of Sig < α The average value of the productivity of catch ability mini purse seine vessels was 1,47 ton /day or 1.470 Kg /day . It means mini purse seine vessels which have high levels of ability to obtain the catch average of 1.470 Kg / day. The average productivity of vessel engine of mini purse seine vessels was 0,06 ton/PK/trip or 60 kg/PK/trip. It means mini purse seine vessels which have high levels of ability to obtain the catch average of 60 kg/PK/trip.
