YANG DIBUDIDAYAKAN DENGAN KOMBINASI AMPAS TAHU DAN BERBAGAI KOTORAN HEWAN DALAM PUPUK BERBASIS ROTI AFKIR YANG DIFERMENTASI}, journal = {Journal of Aquaculture Management and Technology}, volume = {6}, number = {3}, year = {2017}, keywords = {Daphnia sp.; kotoran hewan; ampas tahu; roti afkir; fermentasi}, abstract = { Daphnia sp. merupakan alternatif pakan alami yang seringkali digunakan memenuhi kebutuhan pertumbuhan benih ikan. Kandungan nutrisi dalam tubuh Daphnia sp.. Bergantung pada pupuk yang digunakan. Nutrisi ini dapat berasal dari bahan organik tersuspensi dan bakteri yang diperoleh dari pupuk yang ditambahkan ke dalam media kultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi Daphnia sp. yang dibudidayakan dengan kombinasi ampas tahu dan berbagai kotoran hewan dalam pupuk berbasis roti afkir yang difermentasi serta, kombinasi terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi Daphnia sp.. Padat penebaran Daphnia sp . yaitu 100 ind/l. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan 4 perlakuan . Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perlakuan A (0% kotoran , 50% ampas tahu dan 50% roti afkir), B (25% kotoran ayam, 25% ampas tahu dan 50% roti afkir), C (25% kotoran kambing, 25% ampas tahu dan 50 % roti afkir, D (25% kotoran burung puyuh, 25% ampas tahu dan 50% roti afkir) dengan Jumlah total kombinasi yaitu 200 g/l. Data yang diamati meliputi kepadatan populasi, biomassa , kepadatan fitoplankton, kandungan nutrisi dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi ampas tahu dengan berbagai kotoran hewan dalam pupuk berbasis roti afkir yang difermentasi menunjukan bahwa Perlakuan D (25% kotoran burung puyuh, 25% ampas tahu dan 50% roti afkir) menghasilkan kepadatan populasi tertinggi yaitu 2270.67 ind/ml pada fase stasioner, dikarenakan pada Perlakuan D memiliki kandungan Nutrisi (NPK) pupuk organik setelah fermentasi sebesar Nitrogen (N): 3,99; Phosphor (P): 1,33; dan Kalium (K): 2,34. Perlakuan D (25% kotoran burung puyuh, 25% ampas tahu dan 50% roti afkir) menghasilkan Biomassa sebesar 389 gram, dan kepadatan fitoplankton tertinggi sebesar 52135 sel/ml. Daphnia sp. was one of alternative natural feeds that oftenly used to fulfill the needs of fish growth. Nutrition contained on the Daphnia sp. depended on the fertilizer that used. This nutrition could be came from suspended organic matters and bacteria that gained from the fertilizer that added to the culture media. This research was aimed to knew the production of Daphnia sp. which cultured with combined tofu waste and animal feces in the fertilizer based on the fermented bread waste and knew the best treatment according to the growth and Daphnia sp. production. The density of Daphnia sp. was 100 ind/ml. This research used experimental methods with complete randomize design of 4 treatments and the repetition of counted population as 3 times. Treatments on this research was Treatment A (0% feces , 50% tofu waste and 50% bread waste), B (25% chicken mannure, 25% tofu waste and 50% bread waste), C (25% sheep feces, 25% tofu waste and 50% bread waste, D (25% quail feces, 25% tofu waste and 50% bread waste) with the total ammount of the combination was 200 g/l. Data that observed during this research were population density, biomass, fitoplankton density, nutrition content, and water quality. The result of this research showed that the additition of combined tofu waste with some animal feces on the fertilizer based on fermented bread waste gave Treatment D (25% quail feces, 25% tofu waste dan 50% bread waste) as the best treatment with the population density valued by 2270.67 ind/ml. during the stasioner phase, because Treatmment D had nutrition contain (NPK) on the organic fertilizer after fermentation was Nitrogen (N): 3,99; Phospor (P): 1,33; and Kalium (K): 2,34. Treatment D (25% quail feces, 25% tofu waste dan 50% bread waste) resulted Biomass 385.3 grams, and fitoplankton density was valued 52135 cells/ml. }, pages = {187--196} url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/jamt/article/view/20433} }
