Abstract
This project explores the creation and activation of the Semarang City arts database web page through Pesta Bestari 2025, initiated by Communication Science students of Universitas Diponegoro in collaboration with the Semarang Arts Council (Dekase). The initiative was driven by the lack of an optimal centralized communication and data system to provide publicly accessible information about the arts, which hindered Dekase’s stakeholder engagement. The web page was promoted through digital content and an offline event combining a talk show and a multidisciplinary arts festival on 9 February 2025 at Prof. Soedarto Hall. Instagram and TikTok reached engagement rates of 16.02 percent and 18.20 percent, indicating effective social media strategies and positive audience response. Overall, Pesta Bestari 2025 successfully created a communication platform between Dekase and its stakeholders.
