PEMBUATAN DAN AKTIVASI WEB PAGE DATABASE DALAM MENYEDIAKAN RUANG KOMUNIKASI ANTAR STAKEHOLDER DEWAN KESENIAN SEMARANG SEBAGAI PRODUCTION/LOGISTIC, PIC WEB PAGE, SPONSORSHIP MANAGER, DAN VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Abstract

This project discusses the role of Production/Logistic, Web Page PIC, Sponsorship Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator in the development and activation of the Semarang Arts Web Page Database to provide a communication platform among stakeholders of the Semarang Arts Council (Dekase). The creation of this database responds to the lack of an integrated communication channel and centralized data management system that can offer up-to-date, accessible, and complete information about the arts scene in Semarang City. The four main responsibilities: managing the technical operations of the event, designing and distributing sponsorship proposals, collecting and organizing artist data, and coordinating volunteer tasks. The implementation was carried out through two main activities: developing the Web Page Database and organizing an arts event to introduce the platform as a centralized digital resource. The approach combined conceptual event management theory, persuasive communication, and diffusion of innovation, supported by the application of push and pull communication strategies. Evaluation results showed that 20 artists were successfully registered on the Web Page Database, with a satisfaction rate of 95.89%. These results demonstrate that the platform effectively meets the stakeholders’ need for structured and accessible information.
