In 2021, the difference in internet access between children without disabilities and children with disabilities increased to 7.95%. 69.06% of children without disabilities can use the internet, while only 40.56% of children with disabilities can. The purpose of this research is to analyze the communication strategy of SAPDA Yogyakarta to advocate for the rights of children with disabilities in terms of credibility, transferability, confirmability, dependability, authenticity and the factors that support and hinder the success of this strategy. This research uses Actor Network Theory with descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that SAPDA Yogyakarta has a role in advocating for the rights of children with disabilities through various accessible work programs. SAPDA Yogyakarta collaborates with external parties, namely the Office, Private, CSR, Organizations, Special Schools, Parents, Volunteers to support advocacy work programs by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through mobile phones and laptops supported by applications and managing them into accessible media. Supporting factors for SAPDA Yogyakarta in implementing advocacy programs, namely having a fairly extensive external network, experiencing program sustainability and imitation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of program sustainability, namely SAPDA Yogyakarta still depends on funding and has not become an independent Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and Human Resources (HR) are also not sufficient.}, pages = {73--103} url = {https://ejournal3.undip.ac.id/index.php/interaksi-online/article/view/51281} }
