News about victims of online gender-based violence (KBGO) is still considered taboo to discuss, plus victims of gender violence are still vulnerable to negative stigma. The purpose of this study is to find out how reporting frames online gender-based violence in online media and identify ethical violations in online media about gender-based violence. The author uses framing analysis with Zhongdang Pan and Kosicki models, Framing tools consist of four elements, namely syntactic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures. The results showed that there were 5 frames of news carried out on victims of online gender-based violence, namely as (1) victims of violence suffered from depression to cause trauma (2) victims of gender violence behaved awkwardly, strangely, acted suddenly quiet (3) victims of violence as someone who is close to criminality and violations (4) The victim was framed as someone full of remorse, there was no opportunity to defend themselves (5) Victims Violence is framed as someone who is indeed guilty.
