UPAYA PENGENDALIAN PENYAKIT KARYAWAN MENURUT MASA KERJA DENGAN METODE SEVENTOOLS PADA PT. INDONESIA POWER UBP SEMARANG

Abstract

PT. Indonesia Power UBP Semarang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam usaha pembangkitan tenaga listrik. Dengan kegiatan aktivitas perusahaan yang tinggi dan penggunaan teknologi maju, dapat berdampak pada kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja. Dari hasil general check up, 233 karyawan terkena penyakit akibat kerja yang mengakibatkan tingginya indeks karyawan tidak masuk kerja. Diketahui terdapat 5 jenis penyakit akibat kerja yang terdominan, yaitu gangguan pendengaran, gangguan pengelihatan, Low Back Pain (LBP), Carpal Tunnal Syndrome (CTS), dan cardiomegali. Setelah diolah dengan metode seventools dengan melihat masa kerja karyawan, didapat bahwa penyakit  gangguan pendenggaran paling banyak diderita karyawan dengan jumlah total penderita 65 orang. Gangguan pengelihatan 61 orang, cardiomegali 25 orang, Low Back Pain 24 orang dan yang terakhir Carpal Tunnal Syndrome 18 orang. Kemudian 3 departemen dengan karyawan terkena penyakit terbesar adalah bagian operator, tekinik dan mesin, kimia dan lingkungan. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan adalah menyediakan APD seperti earplak dan masker disetiap ruang operator, rolling pekerja untuk karyawan antar shift, serta menambah penerangan atau mengganti lampu yang sudah mati khususnya di PLTU Unit 1 2 dan 3.

From the results of a general check-up, 233 employees are affected by occupational disease which results in a high index of employee absenteeism. It is known there are 5 types of occupational diseases that terdominan, namely hearing loss, impaired vision, Low Back Pain (LBP), Carpal Tunnal Syndrome (CTS), and cardiomegali. Once processed by the method seventools by looking at the period of employment, found that disorders the most common pendenggaran employees with a total of 65 patients. Impairments 61, cardiomegali 25, Low Back Pain 24 people and the last one Syndrome Carpal Tunnal 18 people. Then three departments with employees exposed to the greatest disease is part of the operator, tekinik and machinery, chemical and environmental. Improvements that can be done is to provide PPE such as earplak and masks in every room operator, rolling among shift workers to employees, as well as add or replace the lamp lighting the dead, especially in power plant Unit 1 2 and 3.
