ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN LINGKUNGAN BERDASARKAN SERTIFIKASI ISO 14001 DI PT BARTEC UTAMA MANDIRI

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, PT Bartec Utama Mandiri selalu berusaha memperbaiki kineja manajemen lingkungannya. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja manajemen lingkungan perusahan dan  sudahkah sesuai dengan prinsip ISO 14001 mengenai sistem manajemen lingkungan. Digunakan alat berupa checklist berdasarkan Global Enviromental Managemenet Initiative (GEMI) untuk mengukur kinerja sistem manajemen lingkungan perusahaan saat ini. Dari hasil checklist diketahui bahwa total skor dari masing-masing prinsip ISO 14001 adalah kebijakan dan komitmen skor delapan dari empat belas, perencanaan skor lima dari sepuluh, penerapan dan operasi skor Sembilan dari 26, pemeriksaan dan tindakan koreksi skor dua dari sepuluh, dan tinjauan manajemen skor satu. Usulan rancangan perbaikan diberikan sedemikian rupa untuk perusahaan supaya meningkatkan kinerja sistem manajemen lingkungan perusahaan yang sesuai dengan sertifikasi ISO 14001.
