Aktivitas tersebut melibatkan penggunaan peralatan berat, pekerjaan panas (hot work), potensi paparan bahan mudah terbakar, serta interaksi langsung antara pekerja dan lingkungan kerja berisiko. Kondisi ini menuntut penerapan sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang efektif guna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan meminimalkan dampak risiko terhadap pekerja, fasilitas, maupun lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap tahapan pekerjaan pemasangan dan pemeliharaan pipa memiliki potensi bahaya dan tingkat risiko yang berbeda-beda. Potensi bahaya yang teridentifikasi meliputi risiko terjatuh, terpeleset, tertimpa material berat, terjepit, paparan bahan mudah terbakar, risiko kebakaran, sengatan listrik, serta paparan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3). Penerapan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) mampu memberikan gambaran yang sistematis mengenai potensi bahaya pada setiap aktivitas kerja serta langkah pengendalian yang diperlukan, seperti penerapan prosedur kerja aman, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), penyediaan alat pemadam api ringan (APAR), pengawasan kerja, serta peningkatan sosialisasi dan komunikasi keselamatan. Dengan diterapkannya JSA, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja terhadap keselamatan kerja, meminimalkan potensi kecelakaan, serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang aman, terkendali, dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari sistem manajemen K3 di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Tanjung Priok guna mendukung kelancaran operasional distribusi bahan bakar minyak secara aman dan andal. Abstract (Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as an Effort to Prevent Occupational Accidents at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Tanjung Priok, West Java Region (JBB)) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Tanjung Priok, West Java Region (JBB), is one of the strategic facilities in the national fuel distribution chain with a high level of occupational safety risk, particularly in operational, maintenance, and pipeline replacement activities. These activities involve heavy equipment usage, hot work, exposure to flammable materials, and direct interaction between workers and hazardous working environments. Therefore, the implementation of an effective Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system is essential to prevent workplace accidents and minimize risks to workers, facilities, and the environment. The results indicate that each stage of pipeline installation and maintenance activities presents different types and levels of risk. Identified hazards include slipping, tripping, falling, being struck by heavy materials, entrapment, exposure to flammable substances, fire hazards, electrical shock, and exposure to hazardous and toxic waste (B3). The application of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) provides a systematic framework to identify hazards at each work stage and determine effective control measures, such as the implementation of safe work procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), availability of fire extinguishers, work supervision, and enhanced safety communication and training. The implementation of JSA contributes to increasing workers’ safety awareness, reducing the likelihood of occupational accidents, and supporting the creation of a safe, controlled, and sustainable working environment. Therefore, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is recommended to be consistently and continuously applied as an integral part of the Occupational Health and Safety management system at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga TBBM Tanjung Priok to ensure safe and reliable fuel distribution operations.
