ANALISIS POSTUR TUBUH PEKERJA AWAK MOBIL TANGKI (AMT) ZONA NGS FILLING SHED DENGAN METODE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECKLIST (STUDI KASUS INTEGRATED TERMINAL SEMARANG)

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting di berbagai bidang pekerjaan pekerjaan. Jika perusahaan tidak memedulikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pekerja, hal ini dapat merugikan perusahaan dengan menurunkan produktivitas maupun efektivitas kerja dan juga dapat menyebabkan cedera pada pekerja berupa musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian bidang K3 ini akan berlokasi di Integrated Terminal Semarang PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, dimana terdapat operator awak mobil tangki (AMT) yang bertugas sebagai pengemudi dan melakukan pengisian BBM di area NGS (New Gantry System). Proses pengisian dilakukan di sisi bawah tangki dengan postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, seperti berdiri, membungkuk, dan merentangkan tangan. Postur ini dapat menyebabkan gangguan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), terutama pada leher dan punggung operator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis postur kerja operator AMT menggunakan metode QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) untuk mengidentifikasi resiko ergonomi dan mengetahui tindakan perbaikan apa yang diperlukan guna mengurangi potensi MSDs. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran perbaikan untuk meingkatkan kenyamanan operator dalam bekerja pada proses pemasangan segel mobil tangki pengangkut BBM pada area New Gantry System

[Title: ANALYSIS OF BODY POSTURE OF TANK CAR CREW WORKERS (AMT) IN THE NGS FILLING SHED ZONE USING THE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECKLIST METHOD (CASE STUDY INTEGRATED TERMINAL SEMARANG)] Occupational safety and health (OSH) is important in various fields of work. If the company does not care about the safety and health of workers, this can be detrimental to the company by reducing work productivity and effectiveness and can also cause injuries to workers in the form of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This OSH research will be located at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Semarang Integrated Terminal, where there are tank car crew operators (AMT) who serve as drivers and fill fuel in the NGS (New Gantry System) area. The filling process is carried out on the bottom side of the tank in an unergonomic working posture, such as standing, bending and stretching out your arms. This posture can cause musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), especially in the operator's neck and back. The research was carried out by analyzing the working posture of AMT operators using the QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) method to identify ergonomic risks and find out what corrective actions are needed to reduce potential MSDs. It is hoped that this research can provide suggestions for improvements to increase operator comfort in working on the process of installing fuel tank car seals in the New Gantry System area.
