Pekerja di departemen ini menghabiskan waktu kerja sekitar 8 jam sehari di depan komputer, yang berpotensi menimbulkan Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs). Desain tempat kerja yang tidak ergonomis dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada otot dan rangka, serta meningkatkan risiko cedera. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko postur kerja yang buruk menggunakan metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) dan Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ). ROSA digunakan untuk menilai risiko ergonomis di tempat kerja dengan menganalisis elemen-elemen seperti kursi, monitor, keyboard, mouse, dan telepon. Sementara itu, CMDQ adalah kuesioner yang menilai tingkat nyeri muskuloskeletal berdasarkan laporan karyawan, yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan postur kerja, fasilitas, dan kebiasaan kerja guna mengurangi risiko WMSDs. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, diharapkan ditemukan solusi ergonomis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas pekerja, serta mengurangi risiko cedera dan kelelahan. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik ergonomi di lingkungan kerja PT Adhi Persada Gedung, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengelola risiko ergonomis di tempat kerja. (ADHI), which operates in the field of high and medium-rise building construction services. Workers in this department spend around 8 hours a day in front of computers, which has the potential to cause Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs). Unergonomic workplace designs can cause muscle and skeletal discomfort and increase the risk of injury. This study aims to identify the risk of poor work posture using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) and Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ) methods. ROSA is used to assess ergonomic risks in the workplace by analyzing elements such as chairs, monitors, keyboards, mice and phones. Meanwhile, the CMDQ is a questionnaire that assesses the level of musculoskeletal pain based on employee reports, which has been proven valid and reliable. It is hoped that this research can provide recommendations for appropriate improvements to improve work posture, facilities and work habits to reduce the risk of WMSDs. Through the analysis carried out, it is hoped that ergonomic solutions can be found that can be implemented to increase worker comfort and productivity, as well as reduce the risk of injury and fatigue. The results of this research will make a significant contribution to the development of ergonomic policies and practices in the work environment of PT Adhi Persada Gedung, and can be a reference for other companies in managing ergonomic risks in the workplace.
