Abstrak

Pekerjaan kantoran menuntut pekerja untuk beraktivitas di meja kerja dalam waktu yang lama sehingga memerlukan postur tubuh yang baik untuk mencegah terjadinya Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan pekerja dan Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi berdasarkan postur kerja. Hasil CMDQ menunjukkan bahwa keluhan tertinggi dirasakan pada bagian lower back (18,57%), neck (16,25%), dan upper back (12,04%), diikuti bagian tubuh lainnya dengan persentase lebih rendah. Berdasarkan hasil ROSA, sebagian besar pekerja memperoleh skor risiko 5 (ambang batas tidak berbahaya), sementara beberapa pekerja memiliki skor 4 yang menunjukkan risiko lebih rendah. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan perbaikan fasilitas kerja, seperti penggantian kursi dengan model ergonomis yang memiliki fitur adjustable, penyediaan fasilitas tambahan seperti loker, serta penerapan kebiasaan kerja sehat berupa peregangan singkat setiap 25 menit dan perbaikan postur duduk. Dengan demikian, meskipun tingkat risiko postur kerja masih berada pada kategori aman, tindakan perbaikan tetap diperlukan untuk mencegah timbulnya MSDs dan meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja karyawan..

Abstract

[Title: Work Posture Analysis of Policy Governance Division Officers at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Using Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA)] Office work requires employees to perform tasks at a desk for extended periods, which demands proper posture to prevent Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This study employed the Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) to identify workers’ discomfort and the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) to evaluate ergonomic risk levels based on working posture. The CMDQ results indicated that the highest discomfort was reported in the lower back (18.57%), neck (16.25%), and upper back (12.04%), followed by other body parts with lower percentages. The ROSA assessment showed that most employees scored 5 (at the borderline of safe), while some scored 4, reflecting lower risk. Based on these findings, several improvements were recommended, including replacing office chairs with ergonomic models equipped with adjustable features, providing additional facilities such as lockers, and promoting healthy work habits such as short stretching breaks every 25 minutes and maintaining proper sitting posture. In conclusion, although the overall ergonomic risk level remains within the safe category, corrective actions are still necessary to prevent MSDs and enhance employee comfort at work.
