Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja Fungsi HSSE PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Jakarta untuk menganalisis postur kerja dan risiko ergonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ) untuk mengidentifikasi bagian tubuh yang mengalami ketidaknyamanan, serta Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) untuk menilai tingkat risiko postur kerja. Hasil CMDQ menunjukkan keluhan tertinggi pada bagian lower back (21%), upper back (16%), dan wrist right (9%). Penilaian ROSA memberikan skor rata-rata sebesar 6, yang menandakan bahwa postur kerja termasuk dalam kategori berisiko dan memerlukan intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan terkait postur kerja, penataan fasilitas kerja, serta kebiasaan kerja untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan ergonomi kerja guna mencegah risiko kesehatan jangka panjang. The methods used were the Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ) to identify areas of discomfort and the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) to evaluate posture risk levels. CMDQ results indicated the highest complaints in the lower back (21%), upper back (16%), and right wrist (9%). The average ROSA score was 6, indicating a high-risk posture that requires intervention. Based on these findings, recommendations were proposed concerning posture improvement, workspace arrangement, and work habits to enhance employee comfort and productivity. This study provides valuable insight for companies to implement ergonomic practices and prevent long-term health issues.
